Prior to your arrival, we will send you a map with detailed directions to the covered parking lot near the the Ehrwalder Almbahn valley station. Ehrwald is easily accessible by both car and public transport. The nearest international airports are in Innsbruck, which is just over an hour away, and Munich, which is approximately two hours away by car.

A shuttle service will take care of your luggage and bring you from the carport to the Almbahn cable car valley station, where your mountain adventure will begin. From there on, you will be further accompanied by us.The climb to eriro can be done with the cable car or by foot, with additional options available if arriving outside the cable car’s operating hours. Soar away from everyday life: on your upward ascent to 1,550 metres above sea level, Alpine pastures and mountains stretch before your eyes for as far as you can see, as the lights of the valley become ever smaller and eventually disappear. 

Your first mountain experience: as you arrive to the top at 1,550 metres, a guide will be waiting to accompany you with snowshoes or snowmobile across the ski slope to eriro. In the summertime, a golf cart will be waiting at the mountain station to greet you and escort you across the Alpine pasture.
